  20. This disk is a double-sided disk. All
  21. of the programs that will run under
  22. ProDOS are on the ProDOS formatted
  23. front side of the disk, and all that
  24. will run under DOS 3.3 are on the back
  25. side of the disk. Some programs will
  26. run under both operating systems and
  27. are included on both sides of this
  28. disk.

  30. You're currently using the ProDOS side
  31. of the disk.

  33. Before using the programs on this disk,
  34. you should make a work disk for each
  35. program. This can be done by first
  36. making a complete copy of the disk with
  37. one of the following programs:
  38.  
  39. * COPYA (DOS 3.3 System Master)
  40. * FILER (ProDOS Utilities Disk)
  41. * The Apple IIc or Apple IIGS
  42.   Utilities Disk
  43. * Any Disk Copy Program
  44.  
  45. Then boot the copied disk and delete
  46. all of the files that are not related
  47. to the program by using the DELETE
  48. command. The System Utilities program
  49. also has an option to DELETE files.

  51. You will not be able to delete the
  52. titles that we've placed in the catalog
  53. to separate files. However, these will
  54. not interfere with the operation of the
  55. programs.

  57. The screen displays that follow show
  58. the files needed to create working
  59. copies of each program.

  61. To create a work disk for GS GRAPHICS
  62. GALLERY remove all but the following
  63. files from a copy of this disk:

  65. PACK.UNPACK       PIC.MOVE
  66. SLIDE.SHOW        SLIDE.BIN
  67. PACK              UNPACK

  69. These programs are included on the
  70. ProDOS side of this disk only.
  71. They are not included as an option in
  72. the program menu because they require
  73. special instructions. See the
  74. documentation for details.

  119. CHECKIT program on this disk. CHECKIT
  120. is a utility published in every issue
  121. of Nibble that aids in typing in
  122. programs from the magazine. See the
  123. Typing Tips in the latest issue of
  124. Nibble for details on using CHECKIT.

  126. The One- and Two-Liners are also
  127. included on this disk.

  130. assembly language programs have been
  131. included on this side of the disk.
  132. These files are included expressly for
  133. experienced programmers.  These files
  134. cannot be used unless you own the
  135. appropriate assembler.
